For Patients frustrated that their care teams have limited knowledge of complementary therapies, holistic approaches, and nutritional interventions. You are in the right place. This playbook is a starting place to address that gap for only $27.

The Resilience Wheel of Health™

The Resilience Wheel of Health™ organizes healing interventions across 9 life dimensions, all anchored in a central core of safety & connection, where it must begin. While traditional wheel of health models center on the individual, our approach recognizes safety and connection as the foundation upon which all other life dimensions build, creating the resilience necessary for true thriving. Without this foundation of safety and connection, it is difficult to balance your nervous system between fight/flight and shut-down dissociated states.

Get to the root cause of your symptoms

We are honored that you are here.  We recognize that you may have landed here at the recommendation of a friend, neighbor, or provider –  which we love to hear!  We also realize you may have found us organically after searching and searching online for more answers, with experiences of not feeling heard, or supported by your current healthcare team.  We have been there too.  Either way, we will work diligently to get to the root cause of your symptoms, offering you support in all aspects of your health because we really want to see you thrive!  Some symptoms can be resolved with dietary changes, others need some herbal or nutrient supplementation.  Others still will need additional lab work we can provide or will connect you with our most trusted complementary providers for medicine, acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, and more.  While we are an integrative and functional practice, we are also budget conscious (which is why we take insurance!) and all treatment decisions will center around collaboration, not compliance.
